2024 starts with a bang. First, Katt Williams' explosive Club Shay Shay interview, now Jonathan Majors, seems to be the discussion about X, former Twitter user timelines.
After he was found guilty last month of assaulting and harassing ex-girlfriend Grace Jabari and officially sacked Marvel Studios after they fired the actor on his day off, Majors sat down with him. ABC News Live's Linsey Davis for interview.
Deadline References that the interview will be opposite ABC News programming, which also happens to be the sister division of Marvel Studios.
Per Deadline:
ABC News will give the interview a lot of play. It will premiere on Monday's Good Morning America and air on other network platforms, including GMA3: What You Need To Know. An extended version will air on Prime on ABC News Live with Linsey Davis that evening, and ABC News Studios' IMPACT x Nightline will air a half-hour special featuring more of the interview. It will be posted on Hulu starting January 11th.
Coming off of the crazy sugar that Katt Williams “interviewed” with Shannon Sharpe, where she had a lot to say about prominent black comedians and other topics, including the state of the Majors, X users are going crazy over the nuggets that will likely come from Majors sat down with Davis.
Jonathan Majors' pants are already stealing the show
The jokes are already flying, specifically about the actor's choice of wardrobe and specifically his jeans, for his first interview after the trial verdict and losing his job as Kang The Conqueror.
We have no idea what's coming, but if it's anywhere near as stupid as Gayle King's interview with disgraced mocker and sex deviator R. Kelly was, it's going to be one hell of a day, maybe a week on social media.
