Kacey Musgraves isn't taking a slow burn this year. Instead, in addition to announcing a new album and dropping her single 'Deeper Well', she also collaborated with Smells like a boy to expand her growing partnership with wax.
The latest scented candle to join the 'Rainbow' singer's Boy Smells collection is titled after her upcoming album and aims to evoke scents that embody Deeper well. The Musgraves x Boy Smells candle is available for purchase via BoySmells.com or KaceyMusgraves.com, and will be offered through Sephora, Nordstrom and SpaceNK from April.

The Musgraves x Boy Smells candle allows you to surround yourself with the official fragrance of the song, which includes top notes of saffron, eucalyptus and blackberry. The candle uses a blend of coconut and beeswax with a cotton wick that has a maximum burn time of 50 hours. The exterior features a translucent glass with an ombre tint that is perfect for viewing. If you'd rather have both of her candles, BoySmells is currently offering one package for $99.

Musgraves' previous collaboration on Boy Smells took place in 2020, when the two teamed up to create a scent-inducing candle based on her song “Slow Burn.” It quickly expanded to a perfume collectionearned a bestseller label and was awarded candle of the year by Fragrance Foundation.

You can add Musgrave's first candle, Slow Burn, to your fragrance collection and enjoy the spicy and smoky top notes of elemi, black pepper and ginger. It comes with a burn time of up to 50 hours in a pink tumbler that you'll want to show off to all your guests.
As for her new album, Musgraves calls it “an honest excavation of my own transformation over the last few years.” In an official press release for the Boy Smells candle collaboration, she adds that “I'm emerging more focused, grounded and confident than ever before — and I knew I wanted to create a multi-sensory experience that nurtures self-discovery and our connection to the natural world.
