Kanye West is on the move again, reportedly dropping $35 million (£27 million) on a mansion in Beverly Hills.
West bought the property in Beverly Park North, a gated community in Beverly Hills, according to property records sighted by TMZ
The home is 20,000 square feet (1,850 square metres) with 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms on a nearly seven-acre (2.8-hectare) plot of land, and comes with all the bells and whistles, including an entertainment pavilion connected to the main house, a luxe pool area with cascading waterfalls, and a padel tennis court.
The rapper acquired the home in an off-market deal, with records showing that he purchased the property under the same limited company that he used to sell his Malibu home last month.
Honey co-founder George Ruan paid $44 million (£34 million) last week for a property in the same neighbourhood.
Other celebrities that have called the area home over the years include Mark Wahlberg, Sylvester Stallone, Eddie Murphy, Denzel Washington, Rod Stewart, Justin Bieber, Magic Johnson and Sofia Vergara..
Recent reports claimed that West was considering a full-time move to Tokyo where he has been staying with wife Bianca Censori while working on his next album, Bully. TMZ reported earlier this month that he was enjoying being able to walk around without constant pressure from the paparazzi.
