My god, they're back again. Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign are back to deliver Vultures 2 follow. The joint LP hit streaming services after much uncertainty early on Saturday (August 3).
The sequel arrives about six months after the first Vultures, which topped the Billboard 200 chart for consecutive weeks. This marked the first time West had held the top spot for more than a week since then Watch Throne.
Vultures 2His landing brings another busy month for Ye and Ty Dolla $ign. They are set to host a pair of listening experience parties in South Korea and Taiwan.
Details of the Taiwan venue and ticketing status are not yet known, but as in South Korea Vultures Event, Le Grand handles promotion duties as organizer.
Ye and Ty Dolla are set to hit South Korea Goyang Stadium for one Vultures listening party on August 23 — two days before coming to Taiwan.
The 16-track project boasts Vultures residuals such as “Slide” and “Time Moving Slow”. Ye and Ty invite a host of guests into the mix to execute their vision, with appearances from Playboi Carti, Don Toliver, Lil Wayne, Future, Young Thug and more.
“Slide” hit streaming services first, followed by a Friday night (Aug. 2) live stream of the project on YouTube before Vultures 2 it finally started showing up on streaming platforms.
Kanye and Ty are still riding high on his success Vultures anthem “Carnival,” which reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in March.
Ty Dolla $ign said Advertising sign in July which V2 completed, but awaiting a proper disposition.
“We got all the songs. It's basically like, “How can we get it there? How can we go bigger than the first album?' he said. “Some people will probably expect you to make the exact same sound. But that sound is already out.”
