Following the disastrous release of her recent single, “Woman's World,” Katy Perry appears to have found herself in more trouble, this time for the unauthorized filming of her new music video, “Lifetimes,” in the Balearic Islands, Spain.
According to a Translated statement The Environment Department of the Government has opened an investigation after the production company responsible for the music video did not request the necessary authorization to film in the protected dunes of the Ses Salines Natural Park.
Other parts of the music video, which show Perry on various beaches, in clubs and dancing around town, were filmed in different locations around the region, but the interior of the s'Espalmador dune system is a particularly fragile ecosystem that the Balearic government describes as being of “great ecological value.”
