Former YES keyboardist Rick Wakeman has announced a set of fall 2024 dates for his final solo U.S. tour.
The progressive rock pioneer will kick off on October 3 in Tarrytown, New York, and conclude on November 2 in Landsdowne, Pennsylvania. As with the previous spring leg of the tour, each show will mark Wakeman's final performance at each venue.

Wakeman’s latest solo tour sees the legendary keyboardist performing “YES music and other favorites,” including a new piece titled “Yessonata,” a 30-minute instrumental that features “YES themes and melodies, woven together in sonata form.”
Wakeman turned 75 in May, and stated in the initial tour announcement that he intends to stop touring before he turns 77. That leaves him with less than two more years of touring, so we can assume Wakeman still has some U.S. touring left in him (albeit in different venues, as mentioned above).
“I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the various solo performances, but it’s time to call it a day,” Wakeman said in his original farewell statement for the tour. “I intend to deliver the best of what I’ve done in the past, plus some new surprises on the way and possibly even the occasional guest to join me for a special occasion.”
