WINK and Nikko have joined forces to launch SEEING DOUBLEa dark horse for best collaborative EP of the year.
These Bay Area prodigies are two of the most promising producers on the electronic scene, combining nostalgia and novelty to create intoxicating dance music that defies the limitations of their youth. The five-track EP is a testament to the raw talent and innovative spirit of WINK and Nikko, weaving together disparate threads of electronic genres with astonishing dexterity. It’s a balancing act that many veteran producers struggle to achieve, but they make it sound effortless.
To this end, SEEING DOUBLE It is both a promise and a challenge, heralding the arrival of two formidable talents who are ready to reshape the electronic music landscape.
“This EP marks a pivotal release for us as we prepare to ramp up our brands and live performances to establish ourselves in the scene moving forward,” the duo said in a press release. “We really wanted to push a club-focused sound combined with more emotional elements.”

His vision is clear from the start with “LOOKIN FOR U,” where a thunderous verse sets the stage for a distorted build that culminates in a nasty trap drop. Then, the atmospheric “MERCY” slides into the center before an energetic Jersey Club beat takes over, building into a four-four drop sequence that mutates into a twisted trap drop.
WINK and nikko trade solo tracks as they drop the woozy “VERTIGO” and rave-fueled “CAN’T GET ENOUGH,” respectively, before bringing the EP home with “GLIMPSE,” a twisted banger where vocals twist across classic breakbeats.
