Pharrell's much-anticipated collaboration with Louis Vuitton is upon us, and if you've got a few thousand dollars to drop on this shoebox, you might want to give it a shot.
After generating a lot of buzz with his Timberland x Louis Vuitton boots earlier this year, Pharrell's Louis Vuitton workwear collection hits shelves next week. According High concern, the tracks will be available for prelaunch for ballers with cash to burn. It's not us. I am just saying'.

Louis Vuitton's workwear capsule will be available for preview The Louis Vuitton website and the app arrives on July 18th before officially launching in select flagship stores on August 8th. Expect prices to be in the typical LV range: ie around $3,000 for the Timbs.
It's meaty, featuring all of those aforementioned outfits: rugged coats, dusters, double-knee trousers and Western shirts, embroidered, embellished, studded and luxuriously cut from LV monogram jacquard in overly earthy tones.
While the apparel of the collection is quite shy, many will be looking to pick up a pair of these Timberland boots as they are indeed the star of the show. But at $3,000 a pair, don't be surprised if you only see rappers and entertainers scarfing down these buttery suede work boots, since that's basically two months' rent for the average Joe.
There's Louis Vuitton's riff on a timeless Timberland 6″ boot, crafted in LV's Fiesso d'Artico footwear atelier from Italian nubuck, embellished with gold-plated eyelets and stamped with the LV monogram. This is how Pharrell secured his place in the history books.
It's accompanied by the Louis Vuitton by Timberland LV Boot, which blows up the silhouette of the original 6″ boot by 15 percent to a similar XXXL scale to Pharrell's beloved puffer shoes.
One has to wonder what the resale value would be on a pair of these Timberlands.
