Maggie Rogers has unveiled her third studio album, Don’t Forget Me.
First announced this past February, Don’t Forget Me features 10 new songs, including the previously-released singles “Don’t Forget Me” and March’s “So Sick of Dreaming.” Now, the album has arrived in its entirety, capturing the spontaneous inspiration the musicians were tapped into when it was recorded.

As Rogers explained in a statement released around the album’s announcement, “I wanted to make an album that sounded like a Sunday afternoon,” Rogers said in a note accompanying today’s announcement. “Worn in denim. A drive in your favorite car. No make up, but the right amount of lipstick. Something classic. The mohair throw and bottle of Whiskey in Joan Didion’s motel room. An old corvette. Vintage, but not overly Americana. I wanted to make an album to belt at full volume alone in your car, a trusted friend who could ride shotgun and be there when you needed her.”
“Most of the performances you’ll hear are first takes,” she explained. “The recordings were initially a collection of demos to be re-recorded with a band… We met again in March to try to beef up the arrangements… [but] when we listened back, we realized that taking the pressure off allowed us to drop our guards and pretenses in the studio, the result being a whole lot of character and heart.” Stream Don’t Forget Me below.
In support of the album’s arrival, Rogers will be hitting the road for a sprawling international tour that now stretch through early November, stopping in cities like New York, Chicago, Toronto, and many more. Along the way, she’ll enjoy support by Ryan Beatty and CoSign alum The Japanese House, and even open some dates for Coldplay. Additionally, for her newly announced fall arena shows, she’ll be offering in-person tickets with a special, reduced price.
