Metro Boomin Jokes With 21 Savage Over Drake Friendship

21 Savage is stuck playing mediator as friend to both sides in the bitter feud between Metro Boomin and Drake.

Savage was on Instagram Live over the weekend when Metro continued to playfully troll him about his OVO ties and loyalty Her loss partner.

The super producer jokingly slammed Savage in the comments section of IG Live while referring to him as “OVO Savage” and claimed that “JUS KNOW [21 Savage] I GOT A SEAL OF THE OWL,” as he noted HipHopDX.

Savage then welcomed Metro to his IG Live session before giving him the boot. He even used Drake's “Push Ups” diss against him in the process.

“Oh, were you talking s–t, b–h? Get off my Live,” said 21. “I'm gonna block that n—a. Metro, shut up your hobby and make drums, n—ah.”

Metro and Drake are still feuding, and neither party has revealed the source of their friction. Drake dissed him for the aforementioned “Push Ups” and name-dropped Metro Boomin's (Leland Wayne) government and called him a “f—-g lame” on “Family matters.”

Metro responded with the beat gift “BBL Drizzy” and the AI-assisted instrumental remixes have taken on a life of their own. Drake rapped over the diss beat on Sexyy Red's “U My Everything.”

Earlier in May, while fans were inundated with another 21 Savage IG Live, he echoed his belief that Drake and Metro will eventually figure things out and become cool again.

“Don't keep coming at my mom—–g Live talking about no mother——g beef. Metro my brother and Drake my brother. These n–s will figure this out eventually,” he said.

21 actually brought Drake as a special guest to his concert in Toronto on Monday night (May 27) as part of his American Dream tour. They released collaborations like “Knife Talk” and “Rich Flex.” Savage then gave Drizzy his flowers before leaving the stage.

“That's a good n—a there, a genuine n—a. We need more n—-s like him in the culture. For my mom, straight up,” the 21-year-old said.
