Following the release of two career-peaking albums, including last week's chart-topping full-length, EscapeMichael Head and The Red Elastic Band will take their expanded songbook to 12 venues across the UK and Ireland this winter, culminating in the previously announced and unmissable homecoming at the Liverpool Philharmonic in mid-December.
As it looks to match or better its highest chart position, scheduled for the acclaimed 2022 Dear ScottThis week, demand to hear Head's extensive set, which celebrates more than 40 years in music, will see him open his second tour of the year in Cambridge on Thursday 31 October 2024.
Tickets for all newly announced upcoming dates in the UK and Ireland will go on sale to fans at 10am on Friday 24 May 2024.

Escape was released on multiple special vinyl formats, as well as limited edition, signed cassette, CD, and digital versions. The album, Head's third with The Red Elastic Band, was recorded at the famous YAWN Studios in West Kirby in the company of producer Bill Ryder-Jones, and features talented musicians, Phil Murphy (drums), Tom Powell (bass) , Nathaniel Cummings (guitar/backing vocals) and Martin Smith (trumpet).
