Mogwai have announced a massive 2025 tour across Europe, Asia and North America and shared their first song in over two years. Produced by John Congleton, “God Gets You Back” features lyrics from guitarist Barry Burns' seven-year-old daughter after experiencing writer's block. The song is accompanied by a video directed by Hand Held Cine Club, which you can watch below.
The 2025 tour kicks off on February 4th in Amsterdam and brings the celebrated post-rock band to North America this spring after dates across Asia, with major stops including Brooklyn, Los Angeles, London, Paris, Tokyo , Bangkok and Toronto along the way. .
