Morgan Wallen has been booked for reckless endangerment after finding out his ex got married – report.
The Last Night singer was arrested Sunday night, 7 April, and booked early Monday 8 April on three counts of felony reckless endangerment and one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
The country pop singer and songwriter, who competed in the sixth season of The Voice, allegedly threw a chair from the sixth floor of a honky tonk bar in Nashville, Tennessee.
His attorney released a statement: “At 10:53 pm Sunday evening, Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is cooperating fully with authorities.”
According to the Daily Mail, Wallen was reportedly upset after finding out his ex-girlfriend, influencer Katie ‘KT’ Smith, had eloped with her fiancé Luke Scornavacco. The marriage came just five days after they got engaged.
Wallen dated Smith for three years before their split in 2019 and the two share a son.
Last Night was nominated for Male Video of the Year at the 7 April CMT Awards.
