Morgan Wallen is set to bring his own music festival to the beaches of Gulf Shores, Ala., next year when the winner of 15 Billboard Music Awards kicks off his three-day Sand in My Boots festival which runs May 16-18, 2025. Wallen has partnered with AEG Presents (producers of Stagecoach, California's Country Music festival and Hangout Music festival) and Hangout festival to bring his event to the same site that hosts the annual Hangout festival.
The full talent lineup and ticketing details for Wallen's Sand in My Boots festival will be revealed in the coming weeks, but the lineup will be multi-genre and include some of the country star's closest friends, favorite artists and musicians she's always wanted to play. with. The festival shares its name with Wallen's 2022 Billboard Country Airplay No. 1 hit.

The upcoming Sand in My Boots festival isn't the only festival Wallen has headlined recently. Earlier this year, he and Eric Church teamed up to launch and curate the Field & stream Music festival, set for October 4-6 in Winnsboro, SC, with a lineup that will include Church, Lainey Wilson and ZZ Top.
