Featherweight takes Billboard backstage at his Éxodo Tour in Anaheim. He shares what motivates him, his future plans in music, and more!
Featherweight:
Hi. I'm Peso Pluma and you're backstage at my Exodus Tour.
Tetris Kelly:
Peso Pluma took over Anaheim, and from having fun backstage with his boo to meeting all of his fans, we spoke to the superstar and the team behind the show. We took you there on Billboard All Access. Backstage we got to see Peso interact with fans at a meet and greet, and they even gifted him a t-shirt that we absolutely need. Then it was time to head to the show. He told us what motivates him before he takes the stage.
Featherweight:
I just have the adrenaline with me right now at 100%.
Tetris Kelly:
And what music cheers you up?
Featherweight:
Black Sabbath before going on stage.
Tetris Kelly:
He brought a lot of energy and ballads, and fans devoured every hit. We were able to have fun with the band and also chat with his dancers, who told us which were their favorite songs to perform.
Dancer 1:
I really enjoyed doing “La Durango.” I thought it was a lot of fun.
Dancer 2:
I like “Burn”.
Dancer 3:
“Plebada.”
Tetris Kelly:
And Peso isn't done performing all those songs. He told us about his plans for the future.
Featherweight:
I plan to do a completely new production. I plan to do stadiums next year and a new album.
Tetris Kelly:
We can't wait.
