Portishead's Beth Gibbons shared a new song, “Approaching“, from her upcoming debut solo album, He lives out of date. It comes with a Weirdcore-directed video of Gibbons running through digital space. In the interactive version, viewers can drag the cursor to rotate the perspective, creating “a sense of trying to reach each other in impossible ways,” a press release explains. check it the song's websiteand watch the still video below.
Gibbons announced He lives out of date with the single “Floating on a Moment”. The album arrives on May 17th. James Ford co-produced it with Gibbons, with additional production by Talk Talk drummer Lee Harris.
