While Drake and Kendrick Lamar's battle was the main event, Chris Brown and Quavo's heated war of words was a worthy undercard bout.
Quavo knocked out his latest diss track “Over Hoes & Bitches,” which was released on his YouTube channel Monday night (April 22) and features a cover featuring Huncho choking Brown. Quavo also enlists his late nephew and Migos bandmate Takeoff, who was killed in 2022.
Huncho throws a fastball, picking up Brown's history of violence and his 2009 felony assault on Rihanna: “You picked up your bag when you hit Ri' in the face/ Talking about Fashion Week, you spare who/ Come hit me in the face/ She ain't no nun” but fade, you know you lost by Frank,” he raps.
The Atlanta native also brags about how he could find another Saweetie — from whom he split in 2021 — in another model on the runway: “I can take a bh model and make a Saweetie.”
Saweetie didn't take kindly to the dig and posted her alleged DMs on Instagram, which include an unread message from Quavo. “Hopefully the model that will turn me into answers,” he wrote to X.
Chris Brown also appeared to laugh at Quavo's “Hoes & Bitches” response and said it wasn't strong enough to warrant a response.
“Google is rapping that s–t is oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo and I got excited. This doesn't even need an answer. Takeoff rap better,” he wrote in his Instagram Story Monday night.
In subsequent Stories, Brown also wrote, “CMON QUAVIOUS” followed by five tomato emojis, a picture of a crying Quavo with a fake tattoo that read “WEAK LINK” — the title of Brown's latest reply — on his forehead, and more .

Brown reignited his beef with Quavo earlier in April when he took shots at Huncho on his track “Freak,” which appeared on 11:11 (Deluxe) version.
Initially, Brown lit the fuse in January after sitting awkwardly next to Quavo at the Rhude Menswear Fall/Winter 2024-2025 show. “I can't choose who you sit with,” Brown wrote in an Instagram comment after the show. “F–k all this growth s–t. N—a not finna fumble my bag for little n—-s”.
