TMZ got exclusive details about the death of Richard Simmons, who was found unresponsive at his Hollywood Hills home according to the report.
While the outlet has learned Simmons fell into a bathroom inside the home, it's not known if that's how the housekeeper found him. So far, Simmons' cause of death has been ruled natural, although due to his celebrity status, local police are expanding the investigation. However, foul play is not suspected.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … police and fire responded to a call from his housekeeper shortly before 10 a.m. Saturday and pronounced him dead at the scene. We're told foul play is not suspected at this time and officers are investigating it as a natural death.
Shockingly, RS has posted several times on Facebook recently … including thanking fans for all the birthday wishes he's received.
Simmons was born in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1948… he later attended Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree before moving to Los Angeles in the 70s.
Born Milton Teagle Simmons, the fitness star opened a string of gyms in the Los Angeles area before exploding into the home video world, such as his popular Sweatin' To The Oldies aerobics videos. He was also an actor, starring as himself on the long-running soap opera General Hospital.
In recent times, Simmons has maintained a reclusive lifestyle, but has periodically taken to social media to interact with his fans and continue to promote positive messages.
Richard Simmons just celebrated his birthday yesterday (July 12). It was 76.
