Robert Fripp and Toyah Willcox bring an old-school feel to their latest performance “Sunday Lunch.” The married couple performs the Beastie Boys classic “(You Have to) Fight for Your Right (To Party).”
King Crimson's guitarist plays the sick leave The song's iconic riff as Toyah shows off her rhyming skills. Robert even chimes in on the choir vocals and concludes the performance by exclaiming, “Fight for your right to party with Toyah and Robert's 'Sunday Lunch'.”
These days, Toyah and Robert don't post new “Sunday Lunch” videos every week — they often repost past performances from the archives — but this is a brand new edition of the popular YouTube series.
The couple celebrated New Year's Eve with a cover of KISS's “Lick It Up,” and last year they performed songs like Joan Jett's “Bad Reputation,” Cream's “Sunshine of Your Love,” “Shout at the Devil” by Mötley Crüe and “Centerfold” by J. Geils Band, among other songs.
Last autumn, Toyah and Robert embarked on their first “Sunday Lunch” tour, playing in several cities across the UK.
