Romeo Santos is alive and well after rumors of his hospitalization due to a heart attack hit the internet over the weekend. In an official statement posted on X's account, the King of Bachata addressed the rumors — and showed he knows who started the gossip.
“You don't have the strength to hurt me, let alone the wisdom to wrong me,” he said on Sunday (March 31). “If you think concert tickets are going to be refunded because of this fake news, then you're dumber than I thought. If you're still thinking of ways to destroy me, then you might end up going into cardiac arrest.”
News of Santos' health hit the internet and social media after various Spanish-language mentionted that the Dominican artist suffered a cardiac arrest while working out.
