At long last, Scarface played a Tiny Desk concert for NPR, revisiting the highlights of his prolific career with a little help from Houston legend Mike Dean.

When they started “On My Block,” from Scarface's 2002 album. The solution, The rapper went on to tell a short summary story behind the song: “Freaky Dean and I were in New York. And we were high. That will be the basis of all our damn songs.”
Those early memories may be a little hazy, but Facemob, Dean and the rest of the crew proceeded with an effortless half-hour performance that also included “Mary Jane,” “Smile,” “I Seen a Man Die,” “Fuck Caras ” and “My mind is playing tricks on me.” Watch it in full below.
Scarface's last studio album was 2015. Deep rooted, and published a memoir that same year titled Diary of a madman.
