Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been accused of drugging and raping a 10-year-old boy in a new lawsuit filed on Monday.
The accuser, identified only as John Doe, claims he flew to New York City with his parents in the summer of 2005 for an audition with the rapper.
In the documents – filed by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee and obtained by TMZ – the plaintiff claims he met Combs at a hotel near Madison Square Garden. He says he rapped several songs to Combs, who allegedly told him he could turn him into a star.
Combs allegedly asked the child how badly he wanted to be a star, to which the accuser told him that he would do “anything”.
Combs allegedly had someone from his team give the minor a soft drink, which caused him to feel a “little funny”.
The Bad Boy Records founder then allegedly told the child, “You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes,” before proceeding to allegedly force him into performing oral sex.
The plaintiff then allegedly passed out and claimed that, when he awoke, his trousers were undone and he believed he had been sexually assaulted.
Doe further claims in the court documents that he told his parents, who were afraid to report the alleged assault to the police for fear of retaliation.
Reps for Combs denied the allegations in a statement shared with Page Six.
“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth,” the statement said, referring to Buzbee, who is representing hundreds of alleged victims.
