See how Ice Spice reacted to meeting Beyoncé at the 2024 Grammy Awards

Ice Spice checked another item off her bucket list on Sunday night (February 4) when she got the chance to meet Beyoncé at the Grammy Awards.

In the video shared by the Recording Academy, the 'Munch' rapper captures Bey, Jay-Z and their daughter Blue Ivy as the trio walk through the Crypto.com Arena. Queen Bey and Ice Spice embrace happily as the up-and-comer was also introduced to the Brooklyn rap icon and the couple's oldest daughter.

Ice Spice almost starts a conga line as more and more people are seen waiting in the wings of the runway, hoping for a chance to meet the Carters.

Even though Ice went home empty-handed after being eliminated in the four categories she was nominated for, Ice Spice couldn't contain her excitement. She headed to X shortly after the awards show and revealed how inspired she feels after finally meeting Beyoncé.

“I just met Beyonce, I'm never gonna fail,” she wrote while channeling Chance the Rapper's lyrics about Kanye West on The Life of Pablo's “Ultralight Beam.”

Although it's the first time they've met in person, they've connected before when Bey recruited Ice Spice to appear in her first fashion campaign for Ivy Park last January.

“When I got the call, I was in disbelief,” Ice Spice said People last year. “Beyoncé inspires me with her constant hard work and classy ways. I love the way she handles herself.”

The 24-year-old also recounted hearing Bey during a Apple Music Interview with Ebro Darden in 2023.

“Through the proper channels and he did everything right,” Spice explained. “I really fight with her. She's so real, she's such a boss… I'm honored that Beyoncé chose me to be a part of this campaign. I liked that it was fire.”
