Knocker Freddie Gibbs signed with AWAL. The announcement coincided with the surprise release of Gibbs' long-awaited album, You only die 1 timewhich fell on November 1st. AWAL senior vp/head of urban music Norva Denton previously tried to sign Gibbs twice before finally working with him at his former label, Warner Records. Denton went on to executive produce Gibbs' 2022 album, $oul $old $separatelyalong with Gibbs and Gibbs' manager/partner Ben “Lambo” Lambert. “I'm glad to be where they want me … I feel celebrated,” Gibbs said in a statement. “I am Awal Shawty! I love the freedom… We can create at our own pace and it feels good at this stage in my career.”
Madison beer (“Make You Mine”, “15 Minutes”) signed with WME for global representation. The singer-songwriter recently wrapped up The Spinnin' tour, which hit 63 venues across multiple continents. He continues to manage her Tina Kennedy at Full Stop, with legal representation from Kenny Meiselas at Grubman, Shire, Meiselas & Sacks.
Singer/Producer/Writer Oliver Tree (“Life Goes On,” “Alien Boy”) also signed on WME. According to a press release, Tree has amassed more than 2 billion streams across major platforms. His third studio album, Alone in a Crowdreleased in September 2023. Continues to manage him Dan Awad and Paul Donatelli in Good Luck Have Fun, with legal representation by Nikki Stein.
Hard rock band Saliva signed with Judges and Jury Recordsthe label founded by the producer Howard Benson and Neil Sanderson of the Three Days of Grace. The first release under the deal is the new single “Time Bomb”. Saliva manages it Frank Mastalerz, Dino Kourelis and Bob Hathaway at FM Music Management and booked by Ian “Newy” Koletsis at Sound Talent Group and Spencer Zubrow at Pinnacle Entertainment.
Also signs to Judges and Jury Records was an LA metal band Butcher babiescoinciding with the release of his new single, “Sincerity”. The complex is managed by Zachary Yoshioka on Powerline and booked by Jim Sennett and JJ Cassiere (North America) and Ian Fintak (rest of the world) at 33rd and West.
Tunde Adebimpethe TV on the Radio frontman, has signed a solo recording deal Sub Pop and released new single “Magnetic”, his solo debut. Adebimpe's debut solo album is expected to be released next year.
“Country-infused” sibling quartet. The BoykinZ signed to Quality control musicmarking the indie label's first country music signing. The group's latest single, “Fell in Love With a Cowboy,” will be released on Friday (November 15). BoykinZ is managed by Craig King at the Gentle King Group.

Warner Music Nashville signed by Texas Braxton Keith on her roster. Keith has just released the song “Fall This Way” from his upcoming EP Bluereleased on December 6th.
