Spirit Music Group moves management services downtown

Spirit Music Group has entered into a management services agreement with Downtown Music Publishing. Previously, Spirit handled American management internally. A company spokesman confirmed that no layoffs were made in connection with this deal.

Through this new partnership, Spirit will benefit from Downtown's global management, recording and technology platform, and will continue to honor overseas sub-release arrangements.
