While the members couldn't fully reunite to return J-Hope to civilian life, Jin was on site during the discharge to help his bandmate greet the press.
As ARMY continues to count down to a June 2025 reunion, Jin has revealed more details about his optimistic-looking new album. Since Jin was the first out to complete his required military service period, he was only able to leave fans with one song (“The Astronaut,” co-written with Coldplay), but he has spent the months since his discharge in June preparing a collection complete with music.
In the meantime, it's the perfect time to speculate what might come next from j-hope, who headlined Lollapalooza with a full-length solo album before enlisting. He also prepared a special set of music that arrived in the middle of his enlistment period.
