Swedish House Mafia's Steve Angello has announced a new radio show, SOUND SYSTEM SIZErelease on SiriusXM Diplo's revolution satellite channel.
Angello will host the show alongside his younger brother, AN21, an acclaimed dance music producer in his own right with releases on Size, Anjunabeats, Ministry of Sound and more. It will air every Monday at 9 p.m. ET and stream “a mix of classic dance tracks and the latest in electronic music” curated by Angello and AN21, according to a press release.
SOUND SYSTEM SIZE is a branch of the popular brothers group podcast of the same name, which was released in June 2023. Listeners can also expect exclusive previews of new music and mixes showcasing “the evolution of electronic dance music around the world.”
Angello has kept busy as a solo artist and as a member of Swedish House Mafia. In April, the DJ closed out Coachella's iconic Sahara stage and will now join his SHM bandmates in Ibiza for the group's first DJ residency on the island in over a decade. The legendary electronic music trio will next perform at Tomorrowland in Belgium, as well as the Ultra festivals in Bali and Korea, among other major festivals. events.
