Strand of Oaks Announce New album, Share Video for New Song 'More You'

Miraculous focus Out June 7 via Western Vinyl

Strand of Oaks (Timothy Showalter's project) has announced a new album, Miraculous focusand shared his first single, “More You,” via a music video. Miraculous focus will be released June 7 via Western Vinyl. Check out “More You” below, followed by the tracklist and album art.

Miraculous focus 2021 follows In heaven and 2019 accomplished Eraserland. The album was recorded with producer Kevin Ratterman, marking Showalter's third collaboration with Ratterman. Showalter made the album while also making his acting debut, starring as a badass biker in two seasons of the FX show Mayans MCwhich was filmed in Los Angeles while he would fly home to Austin to work on the album.

A press release says the new album was influenced by “Ram Dass, yoga, Freddie Mercury, Alice Coltrane and the Beastie Boys.”

“Every moment Miraculous focus they are pieces of architecture that fit together to form a temple of peace in my life,” Showalter says in a press release. “Acceptance of who you are, gratitude for being part of a connected universe, and ultimately, I hope it makes for one hell of a dance party.”
