While appearing on Kai Cenat's live stream, Grammy winner and “Kill Bill” singer SZA teased that she'll be releasing a new album. Woolbefore the end of 2024.

It will be out before the end of the year.

The announcement of the album's release this year wasn't just a surprise to fans, but to Kai and Lizzo, who was also a guest with SZA on the stream.

It looks like SZA isn't taking another five-year gap between projects like she did with me CTRL in 2017 and danger signal in 2022. If SZA's album drops this year, it wouldn't be the first time she's dropped an album late in the fourth quarter. The R&B singer has released her second LP, danger signalright before the end of the year on December 9, 2022. An album that debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and broke the record for the longest streaming week for an R&B album. She also recently appeared on her partner Kendrick Lamar's latest LP, GNXso SZA is clearly ending the year on a high.
