Buckle up and get ready to take a trip with Dillon & Batsauce in their new lyric video, “Ready on the Left,” featuring avant-garde rap legend Kool Keith.
The video focuses on what appears to be vintage Chevrolet Bonaventure marketing material, and yes, it's as weird as you'd imagine. All composed by both Dillon and Batsauce, who played the cover art for their upcoming album. What have we done.
But it's also a lyric video, which means we can get closer to unraveling the wordplay used by Dillon and his guest of honor, Kool Keith. Or you can just feel along with the track and watch some of the cool lines here and there, like Keith rocking a Knicks jersey in a limo and Dillon wanting to indulge in his preferred vices.
