Tasha Layton scores her first No. 1 Bulletin boardChristian AC Airplay Chart as “Worship Through It,” featuring Chris Brown, climbs one spot to the top chart dated October 26.
The song advanced 4% in the Oct. 11-17 games, according to Luminate.
In the overall Christian Airplay rankings, where the hit is Layton's third chart-topper, it dominates for second frame (5.8 million audience).
Layton, from Pauline, SC, co-wrote the song with AJ Pruis, Keith Everette Smith and Matthew West. Smith also produced the track.

“Worship Through It” previously became Layton's seventh Christian AC Airplay top 10 hit. It's followed by “Never,” which peaked at No. 5 in January. Before that, her duet with TobyMac, “Christmas Hits Different,” reached No. 3 in December. He reached the top 10 for the first time with the #9 charting “Into the Sea (It's Gonna Be OK)” in 2020.
Brown adds his second Christian AC Airplay leader, after Elevation Worship's “Praise” — on which he's featured with Brandon Lake and Chandler Moore — began a 12-week mandate in May.
Clark-Cole's “Big” Week
Dorinda Clark-Cole of the iconic group The Clark Sisters earns her first solo Gospel Airplay No. 1 as “Great and Mighty” climbs two spots (up 14% in the works). It was written by Darryl L. Howell, Dontaniel Jamel Kimbrough, Keshia McFarland and Lennard Razor.
The song became Clark-Cole's fourth Gospel Airplay Top 10 and her first entry on the chart since 2018. She last reached the top spot with “Bless 'This House'” (No. 9, April 2015).
The Clark Sisters were launched in their hometown of Detroit in 1980 and also consist of Elbernita “Twinkie” Clark, Jacky Clark Chisholm and Karen Clark Sheard. They earned their fourth and most recent Gospel Airplay No. 1 with “His Love,” featuring Snoop Dogg, in May 2021.
