Taylor Swift Launches 'The Tortured Poets Department' Target Exclusive Pre-Order With Album Teaser

An exclusive target vinyl variant of Taylor Swift's Department of Tormented Poets The album is now up for pre-order.

Swift revealed the latest TTPD news on Sunday (April 14) with a photo of her holding up the newly unveiled product, one eye peering into the clear center of the disc.

“I wish I could not remember how we almost had it all,” Swift wrote in identical posts on her Facebook, Instagram and X (formerly Twitter) accounts.

The line, typed in quotes, could be a verse from the album due in a few days, on April 19. Swift has yet to reveal music from the highly anticipated project.

With Sunday's post, Swift invited fans to pre-order Department of Tormented Poets “on phantom clear vinyl” at Target.

Available for pre-order now at Target.com is the exclusive phantom clear vinyl, as well as collector's CD editions of all four previously announced variations of the album (with “The Manuscript”, “The Bolter”, “The Albatross” or “The Black Dog” as a bonus track). The CDs you can order through Target include all 16 songs from his standard release Department of Tormented Poetsplus a bonus track, in a one-of-a-kind slipcase with unique front and back covers, a 20-page booklet with lyrics and photos, and one of four 10″ x 10″ double-sided posters.

Ahead of the new album's release this week, Swift was spotted with boyfriend Travis Kelce at a weekend of Coachella 2024 on Saturday. The pair were photographed among the festival crowds supporting Swift's pals Jack Antonoff (of the band Bleachers) and Ice Spice, both on the night's line-up.
