Taylor Swift has made Grammys history once again.
With her 2022 album, Midnights, taking the Album of the Year prize at the 2024 Grammys, Swift has now won Album of the Year a record four times. She was previously the first and only solo female artist to win three times, taking trophies home in 2009 for Fearless, 2015 for 1989, and 2020 for Folklore. The latter win brought her into the esteemed company of Frank Sinatra, Stevie Wonder, and Paul Simon, who’ve each won three Album of the Year awards.
It wasn’t the only thing Swift celebrated at the 2024 Grammys. In addition to announcing a brand new album, The Tortured Poets Department, Swift won the Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Album. Her Album of the Year win serves as Swift’s 14th Grammy win.
Swift will continue her “Eras Tour” this month in Japan, with a performance in Tokyo on February 7th. Tickets to all her upcoming tour dates, including a North American run this fall, are available here.
