Taylor Swift made history once again as she earned the top 14 spots on the May 4th Billboard Hot 100 chart. All tracks, led by “Fortnight,” featuring Post Malone at the summit, are from her recently released album. Department of Tormented Poets.
“You've outdone yourselves, this is incredible,” the 34-year-old superstar wrote on social media on Monday (April 29), responding to the exciting news.
It also records 32 songs – all 31 from its deluxe edition Department of Tormented Poets plus Lover standout hit 'Cruel Summer' – on the final chart overall, the biggest ever in a week by a woman. Swift was already the only artist to ever dominate the Hot 100's Top 10 — thanks to tracks from her latest album of brand new material, Midnightin 2022, led by the “Anti-Hero” of the collection.

The milestone marks just the latest record Swift has set with the new album in recent days, with Tormented Poets It recently became Spotify's most streamed album in a day with over 300 million streams accumulated in the first 24 hours of availability. Likewise, “Fortnight” set a new precedent for most single-day streams between single songs on the platform.
“This period of the writer's life is now over, the chapter closed and completed,” Swift wrote of her latest work in Instagram during its circulation. “There is nothing to avenge, no scores to settle once the wounds have healed. And upon further reflection, a large number of them turned out to be self-inflicted. This writer strongly believes that our tears become sacred in the form of ink on a page. Once we tell our saddest story, we can get rid of it.”
