As we all know, Tekashi 6ix9ine is no stranger to incarceration, but unfortunately for him, he's no longer aligned with anyone to throw under the bus to save his rainbow-colored ass.
According to TMZhe most famous snitch in Hip-Hop history is once again facing more jail time as he and the feds reached a deal after the “Gummo” rapper was booked for violating his parole terms just last month. While Tekashi has agreed to plead guilty to his offenses, prosecutors are set to recommend he stay in jail for another 30 days before serving another year of supervised release once he completes his offer.
Per TMZ:
During the first 90 days after his incarceration, the feds are requesting that Tekashi be placed under house arrest for 30 days, house arrest for the next 30, and curfew for the final 30.
After that time, the government says he can travel domestically for work with the approval of his vetting official. The government also recommends that he undergo random drug testing.
It's worth noting… that's exactly what the feds are recommending — a judge has yet to sign off on the proposed sentence.
Given his history of run-ins with the law, we wouldn't be surprised if the judge overseeing this case agrees to the terms proposed by the Southern District of New York.
The news comes after Tekashi 6ix9ine was booked to perform in Las Vegas without permission from his probation officer. After testing positive for methamphetamine and refusing to appear for another drug test, 6ix9ine was arrested and has been incarcerated ever since.
Does the man do the day after tomorrow now? He'll be back in the ring before the year is out. I'm just saying.
