While the Atari 2600 may be the first home console hit, the Nintendo Entertainment System is a widely known and iconic home video game console. The NES can be a bit more difficult to find on eBay, with prices starting at $109 for the console itself and a controller.
However, downloading games — such as Rad Racer, Super Mario Bros. 2, The Legend of Zelda, Double Dragon and more — can be easier with prices starting at $7 per cartridge. The NES has become much more of a collector's item than other retro game consoles, so it's rare to find one in good working order. Check out the NES on eBay here.
