The CMA Awards nominations will be revealed on September 9

The final nominations for the 58th annual CMA Awards will be revealed on Monday, September 9 at 7 a.m. CT, with the full list also posted on the CMA Awards website.

This year's CMA Awards will take place on Wednesday, November 20, with a broadcast from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena beginning at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and the following day on Hulu.

The hosts, performers and presenters for this year's show will be revealed in the coming weeks. Winners for the 58th Annual CMA Awards will be determined in a final round of voting by eligible CMA voting members. The third and final vote will be emailed to CMA members on Tuesday, October 1st, with voting ending on Tuesday, October 29th at 6pm. CT.

Finalists for the 2024 CMA Broadcast Awards will also be revealed on Monday, September 9, with winners announced in October.

At last year's CMA Awards, Lainey Wilson was named Entertainer of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year, while her album Bell Bottom Country was named album of the year. Jelly Roll was named New Artist of the Year and Chris Stapleton won Male Vocalist of the Year. Meanwhile, Tracy Chapman's 'Fast Car', performed by Luke Combs, was named Song of the Year and Single of the Year.

Other winners last year were Old Dominion (vocal group of the year), Brothers Osborne (vocal duo of the year), Jenee Fleenor (musician of the year) and Hardy with Lainey Wilson's “Wait in the Truck” (musical event of the year). and Music Video of the Year, for the music video directed by Justin Clough).
