The co-founder of Murder Inc. Records, Irv Gotti, has been sued for sexual assault and rape by a woman who claims she had an affair with the mogul from 2020 to 2022.
It was filed Thursday (July 11) in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court by an attorney Adriana Alcaldean anonymous Jane Doe accuser alleges that Gotti — real name Irving Domingo Lorenzo Jr. — raped her on multiple occasions in Atlanta, Miami and the Caribbean island of Saint Martin during their relationship after they met through a mutual friend at a poker tournament in the summer. of 2020.
The woman claims Gotti forced her to have sex with him after he flew her to Saint Martin on vacation after their initial meeting and threatened to send her home if she didn't comply. She then began a relationship with him, throughout which she claims she suffered repeated abuse at his hands.
In one alleged incident, the woman claims Gotti took her to Miami in January 2022 and forced her to perform oral sex on him in an elevator at the Four Seasons Hotel. She says a similar incident happened in the summer of that year, when she says Gotti forced her to perform oral sex on him during an Uber ride in Atlanta. According to the lawsuit, the couple's relationship ended after the last trip.
“As a result of this sexually abusive relationship, Plaintiff suffered severe emotional and psychological harm that required her to be committed to a psychiatric ward,” the lawsuit states. “These injuries continue and affect the Plaintiff to this day.”
The woman further claims that Gotti is “slandering” her name, thereby affecting her reputation in Los Angeles. He is seeking compensation and any legal costs for the lawsuit.
