Garza looks back at the group's journey over the past 11 years, from taking a hiatus just before the pandemic to returning to the stage when The Who asked them to open a series of shows. He also talks about why he decided to take the reins of production for the first time once they returned to the studio to work on Resurrection.
Regarding the album in particular, Garza tells us the backstory of the darkness of the final song, “Blood Water,” and explains how the first single from the album, “Wish You Would,” is an absolute homage to The Beatles.
