A new documentary about the Beatles from producer Martin Scorsese and director David Tedeschi will be released on Disney+ on November 29.
Noble Beatles '64The film will include never-before-seen footage of the band's first trip to the United States in February 1964, filmed by documentary filmmakers Albert and David Maysles. Promising to tell “a more intimate behind-the-scenes story” of his standout performance in The Ed Sullivan Showincludes new interviews with surviving Beatles members Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, who also co-produced.

This is not Scorsese's first documentary about the Beatles. In 2011 he directed George Harrison: Living in the material worldwhich covered the guitarist's life from his first days in Liverpool to his trips to India.
A week before the documentary, a box titled The Beatles: 1964 American Albums in Mono will be released, with seven Beatles album reissues cut from their original mono master tapes, including Meet the Beatles!, The Beatles' second album, A Hard Day's Night (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack), something new, The Beatles Story (2xLP), Beatles '65and The first Beatles. Vinyl and CD Pre-orders are ongoing.
Beatles '64 follow Peter Jackson's 2021 documentary series The Beatles: Return. Earlier this year, it was announced that each member of the band would be the subject of their own biopic in a series of films directed by Sam Mendes, scheduled for release in 2027.
