The Wu-Tang Clan is to be formed as Voltron. Staten Island's finest have announced a Las Vegas residency.
Vulture is reference that the legendary Hip-Hop group will be bringing their talents to Sin City. On December 12, The New York Times was announced that the residency will begin Super Bowl weekend on February 9th and 10th at the Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. The Clan will be back in town on March 22nd and March 23rd during the premier NCAA Division I basketball tournament. In an exclusive statement to the magazine, RZA expressed his excitement. “I'm in that spirit of loving where there's an art center and then loving that — with my talent and the Wu-Tang Brothers — I can add to that center and of course invite more hip-hop artists to come and play in this sandbox with us,” he said.
2023 found the Wu-Tang Clan back on the road with its second series NY State of Mind Tour. The nine-man group brought their unique sound overseas to New Zealand, Europe, Canada and 14 cities across the United States. The pre-sale for the aforementioned dates starts on December 13th at 12pm. PST, with presale code: CREAM. Tickets officially go on sale at 10am. PST on Friday, December 15th.
