Yeti's cast iron pan is back in stock after selling out last year. The brand — known for coolers, waterproof bags and tumblers — unveiled its first cast-iron skillet last summer with a hefty $400 price tag, and shoppers have been eager to get their hands on the coveted cookware.
The pan sold out within 12 hours release, and it's finally back with more sizes to choose from — but that doesn't mean it won't fly off the shelves again.
Launched on Friday (August 23), Yeti's cast iron Skillet is now available in three different sizes and at half the price of its predecessor. The prep pan is designed for your kitchen or campsite — perfect for grilling, sauteing, cooking steaks, chicken, vegetables, searing and more — and comes in 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch sizes.
The 12-inch cast iron costs $250. The 10 inch pan is $200 and the 8 inch pan is $150. The pan is available online and in stores.
Yeti's cast iron pan has a “uniquely smooth” surface, no PFOA/PTFE chemical coatings, and “holds heat while nobody's around,” according to Yeti. Cast iron pans can be heavy and difficult to maneuver, but Yeti cast iron pans are thicker in some places and lighter in others for even weight distribution. The pans also have an ergonomic handle.
Whether you're setting up camp, hiking the trails, or hanging out at the beach, the Yeti has something to make your trip easier. The brand's other new arrivals include the M20 Soft Backpack Cooler ($325), 35 Carryall Tote Bag ($150) and 8 Soft Cooler available in a seasonal olive color with a black trim.
