Tiffany Haddish and her legal trials are taking a new turn after she pleaded not guilty to her Los Angeles DUI case. The actor and comedian was caught asleep at the wheel in Beverly Hills in November.
TMZ, who broke the original report, shared new details about the DUI case Tiffany Haddish is facing. On Wednesday (December 20), Haddish, 44, entered the plea during her lawsuit. Haddish made the same point during a DUI case in Georgia.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's office filed charges of driving under the influence and driving with a 0.08% BAC.
The report adds that the Georgia DUI case was supposed to go to trial this month, but has been postponed. Haddish is asking the courts to deny her blood test results as evidence and said police conducted an illegal search of her vehicle.
