Travis Scott has been arrested in Miami for drunken disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing, but he is responding in the most Travis way. We have the details. The “SICKO MODE” rapper was arrested in the early morning hours of June 20, although he has since been released after posting bail. Miami Dade County Jail records show Scott was arrested for criminal trespassing after a warning. According to the affidavit obtained by CNN, Travis allegedly got into a dispute with the crew while on a charter boat. Police wearing body cameras saw the rapper yelling at the yacht crew and could smell a strong odor of alcohol on his breath. After being asked to leave, he returned shortly after and allegedly yelled at the crew again despite police telling him to stay away from the ship, leading to his arrest. CNN cited the affidavit as saying that the defendant later admitted that he had been drinking alcohol and claimed that he was Miami. Travis shared the mugshot of him on social media wearing a pair of white headphones and brown sunglasses. Billboard has reached out to the rapper's attorney and representatives, as well as Miami Dade police, for comment.
