Travis Scott thrilled his fans when he brought out Kanye West to perform a mini-set during his concert in Orlando, Florida on Wednesday night.
The Stronger hitmaker took to the stage at the Kia Center wearing a white hockey mask in the style of Friday the 13th serial killer Jason Voorhees and ran through a string of hits such as Runaway, Fade, Can’t Tell Me Nothing, All of the Lights and Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1.
Kanye and Ty Dolla $ign also performed Vultures, the title track from their collaborative album, which is due to be released on 9 February.
Hours before the show, Travis teased a surprise by writing on X/Twitter, “Orlando tonight is gonna be special.” He later reposted an image showing Kanye walking through an airport wearing the white mask.
Kanye also posted a close-up image of the mask on his Instagram Stories.
The hip-hop star previously made an appearance during Travis’ concert in Italy in August last year.
Heaping praise on his collaborator, Travis said, “It’s been only one human being on this motherf**king planet that has ever walked side-by-side with me, through anything and every motherf**king thing… There is no Travis Scott without Kanye West.”
Kanye is currently making a comeback after spending months out of limelight following his antisemitism controversy in late 2022.
In December, he issued an apology to the Jewish community in Hebrew, writing, “It was not my intention to hurt or disrespect, and I deeply regret any pain I may have caused.”
