Tyler, the Creator has released his seventh studio album, color scheme, on Monday (October 28) via Columbia Records.
He released a single on DSP prior to the project, “Noid,” with an Emmy and Golden Globe-winning music video The Bear actress Ayo Edebiri.
Chromaticity arrives three years after his last album,Call me if you get lostwhich earned the rapper his second Grammy Award on the Billboard 200 No. 1 and second best rap album. Released the deluxe edition, Call Me If You Get Lost: The Estate Sale last year, with additional songs featuring Vince Staples, A$AP Rocky and YG.
Following hisChromaticity listening party in Los Angeles on Sunday night (October 27), will take the album around the world on the Chromakopia: The World tour. Joined by special guests Lil Yachty and Paris Texas, the journey will kick off on February 4th at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minn., and will pass through major cities such as his hometown of LA (where he will host a three-night stop inCrypto.comArena), Atlanta, Miami, Chicago and New York before concluding on July 27 at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. He also has dates in Europe, Australia and New Zealand next year.
It will also celebrate the 10th anniversary of its Camp Flog Gnaw music festival and carnival at Dodger Stadium on November 16-17. Erykah Badu, André 3000, Playboi Carti, ScHoolboy Q, Doechii, Sexyy Red, Kaytranada, Raye and more are set to perform.
