Next to the release of the NFL schedule, we find out who will be participating Madden NFL's exclusive club 99 and star player ratings in the league have become important events every year. Just like last year, a receiver is the first player to land in the prestigious club.
The first name announced participation Madden NFL 25's The 99 Club is none other than Cheetah, the speedy Wideout of the Miami Dolphins Tyreek Hill.
With the announcement, Hill became the first Dolphins player ever to win the honor.
Last year, Minnesota Vikings star Justin Jefferson kicked off this year's 99 Club party, so it was only fitting that Hill took home the honor.
Jefferson's rating gained 1 point this year. he's 98, still pretty high, but we're sure he thinks he should still be in the 99 Club.
The Madden NFL The official X account shared a video of Hill receiving a briefcase with the custom gold chain and custom Xbox Elite controller, and a video of Eli Manning welcoming him to the 99 Club.
Also, like last year, EA Sports released one official webpage where you can check scores as they are posted.

Once again, it's argument time
Of course, like every year, there are reactions to these ratings. Some are surprised that Hill is the first Dolphins player to make it with the club.
“It's crazy seeing Marino, Jason Taylor and Zach Thomas for the first time.” a person in Xex-Twitter, he wrote.
Another user wrote, “Stefon Diggs rated too high (based on age and canyon of a drop last year), Jamar Chase too low. Jefferson probably deserves a 99 based on how he consistently dominated, even after missing a large chunk of the season last year.
We're just waiting for the word to get stronger when other positions are revealed.
If we had to guess who would be in there, we think Patrick Mahomes will end up in the 99 Club.
