Taylor Swift debuted “The Albatross” live on Saturday during the second of her three Eras tour dates this weekend in Dublin, Ireland at the Aviva Stadium. The set also included a medley of “This Love” and “Ours.”
For The Tormented Poet's Section: The Anthology of the track “The Albatross,” Swift picked up her acoustic guitar and mixed the song with Reputation“Dancing With Our Hands Tied,” as fan footage shared on social media highlighted.
“The acoustic part — I'm definitely looking forward to it all night because it's the part of the show that keeps me on my toes because I'm doing something on the guitar, something on the piano,” he said before debuting the song live. “And I do things completely differently. I'm always trying to think of something new to do, so I decided to do a song that I've never done live.”
Swift played piano for the second surprise couple of the night, which featured a medley 1989“This Love” and “Ours” from his deluxe edition Speak now.
Last night, he treated Dublin Swifties to a live debut Folklore“Hoax”, which was part of a mashup with Midnightof “Sweet Nothing.”
In addition to her live debuts of songs throughout the Eras tour, Swift recently dropped another surprise for fans: Last weekend, her Kansas City Chiefs boyfriend Travis Kelce made his own live debut on the Eras tour stage in London. He appeared as one of her dancers and carried Swift on a couch during the introduction of “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” for the vaudeville-style segment.
Swift wraps up her Dublin Eras tour on Sunday. Her next string of dates finds her in Amsterdam, where she will perform at the Johan Cruijff Arena from July 4-6.
