WE THREE KINGS – ARTIST SPOTLIGHT & SINGLES REVIEW
AMP recently found himself in a rock & roll coma. We just went live with an interview with Black Smoke Trigger and now we have another cool rock band to review. We the Three Kings are a rogue duo hailing from Manchester, UK and their sound is pure adrenaline with unlimited speed hits. Rich (Vocals/Guitar) and Pete (Drums) deliver shots of shamelessly fuzzy riffs, sweet vocals and saturated grooves. Their songs deliver every necessary ingredient for a down and dirty bluesy swampfest. We the Three Kings hurled insoluble sonic booms. So you better run to your local bomb shelter before a heady sonic earthquake hits you.
We the Three Kings released their first EP, emberin 2016. Them Fire The EP followed in 2018. The band released their hard-hitting single, “Give It to Me, Go!” in 2019 with “Walk” hitting the airwaves in 2021. 2023 saw their raver smash “The Edge of Death” come to life. The track is a steamroller with driving guitar riffs, flashy drums and huge propulsive vocals. Rich's guitars burst forth with overwhelming emotional glee. His vocals are just spicy. Monstrous in every fashion sense. Pete's percussion is just as wicked. They emit a massive pounding fury. The song is full of tension and dispenses an unsurpassed fury. This is what real rock and roll sounds like.
This January, We the Three Kings let them lose their next dynamic torpedo. “Gold Digger” is fast, furious and wildly electric. Guitars rip with muscular ferocity and galvanically fire out licks. Rich's punky vocals are sizzling. Every note is full of fire. The chorus is anthemic and booming. Pete's drums take no prisoners. They flare with an incendiary bold edge. We the Three Kings are on a mission to destroy any preconceived notions of what rock means. They demand that you pay attention to it. This music is not for the faint of heart. This is a balls-to-the-walls blast of kinetic destruction.
I can only imagine what We the Three Kings it should be like alive. The room should be wild with their fiery movement and overwhelming atmosphere. Their powerful spirit is addictive. If you enjoy listening to bands like Rivals Sons, Royal Blood, The Black Keys or Queens of the Stone Age, then We the Three Kings it's perfect for your setlist. Climb up and live the “Gold Digger” dream.
