This March, hundreds of musicians will descend on one city for a music festival designed to celebrate emerging artists. And no, it doesn't happen in Texas. The Festival of the New Colossus will take place March 6-10 throughout New York City's Lower East Side, filling eight beloved independent venues with the best fresh talent from all corners of the world.
Consequence is excited to participate in this year's event, teaming up with M for Montreal in collaboration with Marauder and MMF Canada for an exciting performance from some of the Canadian city's liveliest bands. And we are giving away one (1) pair of tickets To the concert!
Taking place on day 1 of New Colossus (Wednesday, March 6), the concert will feature six artists on stage in Baker Falls, home of New York's new Knitting Factory. Kicking things off at 6:30pm will be indie basement storyteller Sasha Cay, followed by garage rockers Winona Forever, collaborative indie rocker Housewife, psych rock group Hippie Hourrah and art punk supergroup La Sécurité. The power-punk group NOBRO will close the big night.
